These terms cover your use of the re: app and re: Pro. By using the app, you agree to them. re: is independent and not affiliated with Resend.
01The service
re: is a client for the Resend API. It shows and changes data in your Resend account using the access you grant at OAuth sign-in, and sends notifications through the relay described in the Privacy Policy.
Your use of your Resend account remains subject to Resend’s terms. API limits, billing and availability are Resend’s.
02Your account and your actions
You are responsible for what you do in your Resend account through the app, such as sending email, deleting domains, revoking API keys or suppressing addresses. Destructive actions ask for confirmation, but they run on Resend and may not be reversible.
You can revoke re:’s access at any time in the Resend dashboard or by signing out in the app.
03re: Pro
re: Pro is a one-time, lifetime purchase sold through the App Store or Google Play. When you install, you get 7 days of full Pro at no charge. After that, the app returns to the free plan until you buy.
“Lifetime” means for as long as the app is maintained and distributed in the stores. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules, as they process the payment. Purchases are restored with the same Apple or Google account.
04Availability
The app depends on the Resend API, the app stores and push services. Notifications may be delayed or fail. Don’t use re: as your only way to monitor something critical.
Resend beta features, such as Inboxes, may change or go away without notice, at Resend’s discretion.
05Acceptable use
Don’t use re: to send spam, get around Resend’s limits, attack the relay, or reverse engineer it to harm the service or other users.
06Warranty and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as undelivered email or data deleted by actions taken in your account. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under applicable law.
07Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes go to the courts of the consumer’s domicile or, failing that, [CIDADE/UF].
