How can we help?
If notifications are late, check that alerts are on in More, Alerts.
Frequently asked questions
I don’t get bounce notifications
Open More, Alerts and check that the event is on. If you see Alerts disconnected, tap Reconnect: the app recreates the webhook in your Resend account. Also check that notifications for re: are allowed in system settings.
My session expired
Access renews on its own. If Resend refuses the renewal, for example because re:’s access was revoked in the dashboard, the session expires and you need to sign in with Resend again. Your alerts and preferences stay saved.
Why don’t I see the Inbox?
Inboxes is in private beta at Resend. Request access in the app under Inbox, Request access. As soon as Resend enables it for your team, the Inbox shows up without an app update.
How do I restore re: Pro on another device?
In Settings, re: Pro, tap Restore purchase using the same Apple or Google account as the original purchase.
The app says my access is send-only
At sign-in you granted only emails:send. Lists, domains and alerts need full_access. Sign out and sign in again choosing full access.
How do I remove re:’s webhook from my account?
Leaving the team in the app removes the webhook and deletes the relay data. You can also delete, in Resend, the webhook pointing to relay.tryre.dev.
Can re: see my email content?
Only the app on your device, straight from the Resend API. The relay receives webhook events to build the notification, stores no email content and never receives your token.

Talk to us
We reply within 2 business days. It helps to include the app version (Settings, About) and, if it’s about an email, its ID.
