#I don’t get notifications

Likely causes: the event is off, notification permission was denied in the system, or re:’s webhook was deleted from your account.

1. Open More › Alerts and check that the event is on.
2. If you see Notifications are off on this device, tap Open Settings and allow notifications for re:.
3. If you see Alerts disconnected, tap Reconnect.
4. Tap Send a test alert. If the test arrives and the real event doesn’t, check do not disturb and the bounce limit.

#Your session expired

Cause: Resend refused to renew the token. Usually because re:’s access was revoked in the dashboard or the session went unused for too long.

What to do: sign in with Resend again. Alerts and preferences stay saved.

#The Inbox doesn’t show up

Cause: Inboxes is in private beta and your account doesn’t have access yet, or no inbox has been created.

What to do: in the Inbox tab, tap Request access at Resend. If the screen says No inboxes in this account, create one in the dashboard. See Inbox.

#Domain stuck on pending

Cause: Resend hasn’t found all the records yet. It may be propagation, a record under the wrong name, a value changed by the provider, or a proxy turned on.

What to do: open the domain and see which record shows Not found. Copy the value again, check the name and tap Verify now. After 72 hours without the records, the status becomes Failed. See common problems.

#“Sending access only”

Cause: at sign-in you chose Sending access, which gives the app only the emails:send scope.

What to do: tap Sign in again with full access and choose Full access on the Resend screen.

#API limit reached

Cause: the team hit Resend’s requests-per-second limit, almost always because of your production traffic.

What to do: wait for the banner’s countdown. The app retries on its own. If the error screen shows up, tap Try again. See Rate limits.

#Still stuck

Check the Support page or write to [EMAIL DE CONTATO] with the app version (Settings › About) and, if it’s about an email, its ID. Suggestions and bugs go on the feedback board.
